Returns

All Slow ‘N Sear products, accessories, and Maverick Thermometers are covered by a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@snsgrills.com  to request an RMA number and be provided with return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Products should be returned in original packaging. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.  If we provide you a shipping label, our cost of the label will be deducted from your return. Due to regulatory requirements, charcoal and food items, such as our premium rubs, may not be returned.

Did you purchase the wrong item? Please contact us at info@snsgrills.com to discuss your situation and we’ll work with you to get you the correct product as quickly and easily as possible.

If, for any reason within 30 days of receipt, you're not 100% happy with your Slow 'N Sear, we will accept your return and refund the purchase price of your product. Just contact us via email at info@snsgrills.com for an RMA number. It's that easy.
